My name is Miriam Barbierato and I’m 22 years old. I play Doublebass since I was 14 and Piano since 2007. I have a degree in Doublebass at Conservatory of Milan with full marks. Now I’m aboiut to finish a degree in Doublebass of second academy level and another one in Chamber Music as a pianist.
I attend Scala’s Academy in Milan where I study with La Scala’s Teather teachers , Stauffer’s Academy in Cremona with Franco Petracchi and Chigiana’s Academy with Giuseppe Ettorre. I have played in many orchestral concerts and won some prizes in national and international competitions as a solo doublebass player.
