Taiyang

She began learning the soprano saxophone at the age of four and can now play three different keys. Gradually, she started learning the tenor saxophone as well, mastering three or four keys on that instrument too. Eventually, due to her height, she transitioned to the alto saxophone, on which she can play five different keys. She is now proficient in all three types of saxophones, with the alto saxophone being her primary instrument.

Later, she started learning the accordion to understand harmony—something the saxophone lacks—and to practice coordination between her left and right hands. She can now play several pieces on the accordion as well. In addition, she plays the drum kit and is able to perform live with a band, demonstrating excellent technical skills.

Now eight years old, she has been performing live with a band for over three years. She has a strong stage presence and engages well with the audience. Her father is proficient in almost all musical instruments, including saxophone, accordion, keyboard, erhu, drum kit, guitar, bass, and piano—not just at an amateur level. The child may have inherited her father’s musical talent. She also composes her own songs, writing both the music and lyrics.
